Here's the deal. Precondo generates thousands of qualified buyer and seller leads every month across Resale and Pre-Construction real estate in the GTA. More than we can currently handle.
We're looking to recruit a small number of exceptional agents who are ready to take their career to the next level. What we're not looking for is an average agent — we expect everyone on our team to represent the brand well, leverage our training, leads, and relationships, and put in the work.
The right agent joining our team will have the opportunity to produce in excess of 50 transactions a year.
